  • If we stop moving, we die. At our most basic level, we need breath to take in oxygen. Oxygen fuels our blood, and blood needs to circulate throughout the body to power our systems. When our systems are working and moving together, we thrive as humans.

    My biggest goal for you is to thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically. This means freeing yourself from pain, learning the fundamentals of movement tailored to YOUR body (because every body is different), and finding movement that you LOVE. Staying fit cannot be a chore; otherwise, there's disharmony in the body, which hinders your ability to thrive.

    I am not a weight loss coach—I approach you as a whole person, not just a body that needs to be smaller. Weight loss is often a by-product of our work together, along with increased confidence, less back pain, reduced fatigue, more mental clarity, and more. This happens because we focus on improving your OVERALL health.

    • For personal training clients, we train 1-on-1 in the comfort of your home. Garage, driveway, backyard porch, home workout room, apartment gym, you name it! As far as equipment, I can program for bodyweight only up to any and all gym equipment.

    • For breathwork clients, we hold 1-on-1 or small group sessions in your home or I can lead 45min-2hr sessions for a group event or retreat.

    • For nutrition and online coaching, we use Zoom and Google Docs to communicate.
